I'm Henrique Eller — a Creative Director, Videographer, Video Production Manager, and Huge Video Geek based in South Florida with 10+ years directing branded content, commercials, and multi-platform campaigns for agencies, corporations, and nonprofits across the U.S. and Latin America.
I lead productions from concept to delivery — managing teams, budgets, and timelines — and specialize in making things look expensive regardless of the budget. My background spans full production lifecycle management, creative direction, post-production, and motion design, giving me a rare ability to communicate fluently across every department on a shoot.
Before relocating to South Florida, I built Urso Creative Co. from the ground up — directing 100+ projects for startups, international brands, and nonprofits. I've also led production teams and delivered live event production at scale for 500–5,000+ attendee events.
I speak four languages, hold an Adobe Certified Professional certification in Premiere Pro, and bring both the creative instincts of a filmmaker and the operational discipline of a production executive.
