To create a piece for Real Estate Agents to showcase the lifestyle at Peanut Island - FL, to catch the attention of potential buyers and sell them on the lifestyle before they sell them on the properties themselves.
I took care of the entire production, from concept to delivery. The approach was to create a visually impactful video that conveyed the lifestyle you can have while living in the beautiful Peanut Island - FL. The clear water, white sand, and blue skies were the biggest features to highlight; along with the peaceful lifestyle only island living can provide.
An effective social media video that had a higher performance than any other in the agent's page at the time, and that perfectly encapsuled the feeling of being part of the "Peanut Island Lifestyle" to all potential buyers that come across it.
